Coach Pitch
 

Coach Pitch Baseball is for boys and girls league ages 6 and 7 who continue learning the fundamentals of hitting and fielding with their Coach pitching the ball to the player.The primary goals of Coach Pitch are so the children continue in the fundamentals of baseball and to allow them to experience the value of teamwork  and sportsmanship.

Senior League Baseball 
The Senior League Baseball Division is for boys and girls 13-16 years old, using a conventional 90-foot diamond with a pitching distance of 60 feet, 6 inches. 
 
Junior League Baseball 
The Junior League Baseball Division is a program for boys and girls ages 12-14, using a conventional 90-foot diamond with a pitching distance of 60 feet, 6 inches. Modified diamond dimensions may be used during the regular season.
 

Intermediate 50/70 League Baseball 
The Intermediate 50/70 Division of baseball uses a modified baseball field with a 50-foot pitching distance and 70-foot base paths. This division is for league age 11-13 year olds. 

Major League Baseball 
The Major Division of baseball uses a 60-foot diamond and the pitching distance is 46 feet. This division is for league age 10-12 yr olds. 

Minor League Baseball - Player Pitch 
The Minor League Player Pitch Division of baseball uses a 60-foot diamond and the pitching distance is 46 feet. This division is for league age 8-11 yr olds, however 8-year old players are not eligible for All Stars. 

Tee Ball 
Tee Ball Baseball is for boys and girls league ages 4,5 and 6 who want to learn the fundamentals of hitting and fielding. In Tee Ball, players hit a ball off a batting tee. The primary goals of Tee Ball are to instruct children in the fundamentals of baseball and to allow them to experience the value of teamwork. Players league age 6 are permitted to advance to Minor League Machine Pitch Division after participation in Tee Ball for 2 full seasons, which must include a Spring Season. 



Junior League Softball 
The Junior League Softball Division is a program for players ages 13 and 14, and uses a conventional 60-foot diamond with a 43 foot pitching distance. 

Major League Softball 
The Major League Softball Division is for players ages 9-12. The field uses a 60-foot diamond and a 40 foot pitching distance. All 12 year olds must play in the Major League unless approved to play in the Minor League by the UPLL Board, the parent(s) of the player and the District Administrator. 

Minor League Softball 
The Minor League Softball Division is for players ages 7-12. The field uses a 60-foot diamond and a 35 foot pitching distance. All 12 year olds must play in the Major League unless approved to play in the Minor League by the UPLL Board, the parent(s) of the player and the District Administrator. 

 
Rookie League Softball
The Rookie League Softball Division is for girls league ages 4,5 and 6 who want to learn the fundamentals of hitting and fielding. In Tee Ball, players hit a ball off a batting tee. The primary goals of Tee Ball are to instruct children in the fundamentals of baseball and to allow them to experience the value of teamwork. Players league age 6 are permitted to advance to Minor League Machine Pitch Division after participation in Tee Ball for 2 full seasons, which must include a Spring Season.
